One row per finish, coded like your drawings
Every item lives in a room with a reference code — FL-01, WA-02 — and Mortar suggests the next one in sequence. Application, finish and colour, supplier, product code, dimensions, quantity and unit, status from specified through issued to installed. Paste a product URL and the details fill themselves in.
Approvals land on the schedule, not in your inbox
Your client gets their own login and sees the selections — never your trade pricing, and if you choose, never your supplier names. They approve or comment per item, and the schedule updates itself. The chasing stops because there's nothing to chase.

FAQ
Can my client see trade pricing or suppliers?
Only if you want them to. Price visibility (full / totals only / hidden) and supplier visibility are set per client link — and the client-safe export uses the same rules. Your margins never appear anywhere client-facing, ever.
Does it replace my drawings?
No — it cross-references them. The reference codes on the schedule are the codes on your plans, so "FL-01" means the same thing on site and on screen.
What about FF&E?
Same system. Finishes and loose items live as rooms and items with the same codes, statuses and approvals — the export groups them by room.
